I have never written reviews about restaurants before this time, but this one just won our hearts !!! this place has become our favorite and we will definitely come back here again and again !!!

Myles and Jun is quickly becoming my favorite spot to eat. The service, atmosphere, and food is absolutely phenomenal every time I've been. The Spicy Beef is my favorite, and last night I found myself slumping in my chair in a kind of food-related body orgasm when I tried it again, prompting a second order. Do yourself a favor and slather it in the dark spicy sauce. Get in my belly!

This place is awesome! Some of the best Udon I've ever had, and the yakitori is grilled to perfection. Also, the service was great. Our waitress, Cassie, was so nice and full of good recommendations. We will be back... often. Can't wait to work our way down the menu!

The absolute best experience in the area. Not only is the food amazing (AMAZING) but the owner is the most humble, kind, and generous person you will ever meet. Every time we go in to eat she makes it an experience and welcomes you as a part of her family. I couldn’t say enough great things about this place it’s just a must try!

BEST PLACE EVER !!! The place, the food, the staff and especially the owner make you feel like home as you enjoy the best for in town. Mamu walks with grace and love serving the customers and sharing her stories. She will make you feel like part of her family. And her staff will make you understand that good service comes when you're respected, admired and motivated. Give stars are not enough to rate this place that goes beyond the standard experience you get out there. Mamu - you're amazing!!!

What an amazing experience! There were a total of seven people in our group so we really put their service to the test. They came through with flying colors! Attention to detail in explaining the items on the menu and catering to the one in our group with allergies. Birthday people receive a desert and the owner will come out and sing for you. Very memorable, and highly recommended.

Myles & Jun is one of the best restaurants in the Summerville area. The food is fantastic, and the owner is pretty much always there and makes the place extremely inviting. Highly recommended.

Hands down, my new favorite spot! The food was amazing and the owner was very active in making sure everyone felt welcome. I suggest the bacon wrapped quail egg and wagyu beef yakitori. Absolutely incredible!

You will not be disappointed here! The staff is very knowledgeable, our server made great recommendations, the manager (owner?) was very inviting, the vibe is classy but feels like a neighborhood spot, and, most importantly, the food is absolutely delicious. They also have a great selection of craft beers (not that many though) and sake. Check it out!

The food was amazing the atmosphere is low key and pleasant but the staff was absolutely phenomenal. From.the time we walked in until we left we felt welcome. Even when we asked questions about unfamiliar menu items. We were met with upbeat and encouraging answers. We will be frequent customers here!!

The food was amazing! The yakitori was tasty and super delicious. The bacon wrapped asparagus was my favorite and only $3 a skewer so the yakitori was very reasonable for trying all sorts of stuff. The owner was super attentive and let us try some of the sake sangria, which was delicious. We'll be going back for sure.

Nothing short of an amazing meal. Great friends help but the service was top notch, knowledgeable and engaging. Not your cookie cutter hibachi place. Love the tapas style apps, each created with individual care.

Miss Cassie made me feel at home. Was wonderful and got everything we needed without us even asking. The good was delicious and delivered fast. She was overall amazing.

So amazing!!! I love the atmosphere. The food was beyond my expectations. The broth is so light and refreshing. All of the meat is so tender. Mrs. Myles is so sweet and kind. She wants you to feel like family when you leave and we definitely left feeling like family. 100% will be returning.

Wonderful attentive service with an owner that clearly loves her job and lifting the spirits of her customers. It may be pricey but you get what you pay for as the dishes are delicious. Good quality meat for their yakitori.

Absolutely outstanding. I'm not going to lie, I had very low expectations going into it seeing as it was in a strip mall basically behind an AutoZone in Summerville South Carolina. But boy was I wrong. A very refreshing take on a Japanese restaurant. They blended casual dining with izakaya food and skimped nowhere on quality. They had to make fresh sauce for one of the skewers that I ordered, and they repeatedly apologized for the extra delay, even though it honestly did not seem that long. They also provided us a sample of their flavored sake complementary as we sat down. You can't go wrong

Myles and Jun Yakitori was more than a dining experience. The owner was out on the floor speaking with the guests and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing. A great blend of traditional Japanese with a twist to make it unique. Highly recommend for a date night. We can't wait to go back.

Very nice place. Definitely has a mom n pop vibe to it. Some of the best food I've had in a while, worth every penny. I highly recommend getting yuzu sauce on some dishes, and highly recommend the green tea ice cream.

Wonderful service and amazing food! This is a great place to meet a group of friends or have a romantic date. My favorite thing on the menu is the sun dried tomato rice (the hot sauce that comes with is is divine too) and hubby loves the bacon wrapped quail eggs most. We always, always, always share the honey toast with Nutella - it is honestly one of the best desserts we’ve ever had. The owner is a doll, too - she’ll walk around and offer you a free sample of the drink of the day or sing for your table or give you a hug - she just acts like she’s so happy to see you and that adds to the special experience. ❤️

The owner treats every customer as if they're old friends. She maker her own sake sangria which is always delicious. The food is very good as well. Lots of choices. I've never had any issues whatsoever.

My wife and I came here for our wedding anniversary. It was our first time here for both of us. The customer service alone was really good. The food and dessert was amazing. You do have to wait a little bit for your food but that's because the chefs take their time to make sure it's the highest quality. However, there's plenty of appetizers, drinks, and soup to hold you down until then. We will definitely be back.

I've been fortunate enough to dine all over the world, from 5 star restaurant to your hole in the wall. Yakitori ranks a the top of my list next to Le Cinq. Yes that amazing, from the amazing signature drinks and incredible service. I'll drive 30 minutes to dine here.

YES!!!! If I could add more stars I would. This is a hidden gem!!!!! The woman that I believe is an owner greeted us sat us down offered us a free sampling of their own mixed fruity sake that was incredible. Then proceeded to the other tables to sing her own lovely rendition of happy birthday to everyone (there were a lot of birthdays that night) it was very entertaining. I felt like I was eating with all family and it was just my husband and I. They have this amazing house rice and for the life of me cannot be duplicated. Everything that we ordered, we just kept looking at each other laughing shaking our heads like we finally found a restaurant that refuses to disappoint us like so many others have before. If you haven’t tried it yet you have to!

We haven't been here in quite a while, but Myles remembered us ... always has and she treats you like family from your first visit!! Delicious food, great sake, and the dessert was phenomenal

The food is fantastic, and the service is amazing. The saki sangria is the best, and it's made fresh everyday. We love going here because they are so welcoming.

First time visit and most definitely will go back. Our server was fantastic as was our food. Loved that we could sample the sake sangria before deciding on a pitcher for the table.

Four of us tried this restaurant because of the great reviews. It did not disappoint anyone of us at our table. The owner is very welcoming. Showed up at the table more than a few times to check on our food and how our experience was going. The waitress was always near for anything we needed. Food was hot, fast, fresh, and delicious. Crispy pork belly is a must. Will diffinatly return to this restaurant.

This place is wonderful. They treat you as family, and make some of the best food I've ever eaten. The crispy pork belly is my favorite appetizer and the kalbi is so good for the entree. Hands down my favorite place to eat in the Charleston area.

Love everything about this place. Yes it's a bit pricey but the quality matches the price! The service is phenomenal and the owners will come and mingle with the commoners! I highly recommend making this your birthday visit and order the Soke sangria, this will make everyone happy! Enjoy!

Great food and dessert at a decent price. The staff was pleasant and very helpful when it came to describing the menu would recommend to anyone. I got the curry shrimp and my husband got the salmon collar.Also the appetizer was tuna tartar was really good. With everything we got the food came with a clear soup which was delicious and a salad. I got the ginger dressing soo yummy!! And the green tea ice cream to die for. Ask for it with the red bean such a good combo!!!

This place is Heavenly and delicious. Everyone is so friendly and sweet. Desserts was amazing and you cant leave without trying them. The hibachi was so delicious melt in your mouth good. Even the kids meal was amazing. They treated us like family. We will be repeat customers.

Last week was our first time in this excellent restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the excellent service, with the exceptional dishes and booze and with the friendly charge. We will definitely go back there soon.

Amazing restaurant and customer service! They were on point with everything from the moment we got in to seating us to seeing us off. The food was delicious and flavorful and the whole place felt homey. I loved it, thank you for the experience. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!

Been here once before and it has been an exceptional experience both times! I say experience because it truly is an experience. The owners are very attentive and active in the dining area as well as behind the scenes. You will receive individual attention from her guaranteed! The food is unique and delicious. You won't receive the general run-of-the-mill food here. And try the drink of the day and definitely get dessert! Your tastebuds will thank you!

WOW COVID-19 prepared. Great job in social distancing, gloves, and wearing face masks. Service was great thank you and hostess too. the food was delicious and loved the presentation as well. The flavors and some of the spiciness was spot on. The shrimp tempura was the best I've had in a long time, light and crispy, dipping sauces were very flavorful. The Tanmen was delicious, the fried pork belly was still crispy in the broth, the vegetables were fresh. Tuna Tartare with the perfect spice and deliciousness. I even had a Red Horse (a beer from the Philippines) try one of you never had one! I didn't use the bathroom, but the restaurant was nice and clean.

Family owned business that strives in pleasing their customers with delicious food. Having been to Japan it does remind me of my time there as it is the closest to authentic in the area. Give the ramen a try and enjoy some Japanese style cuisine.

Outstanding Ramen! Highly recommend you call ahead, when it's busy you will wait a while otherwise. Excellent service, food was off the chart, and very neat/ clean. Great prices and choices. Can't wait to come back!
